Combine in a bowl the chicken broth, soy sauce, vinegar, spices and brown sugar.
Start to cook the onions in a pan with some oil over medium fire.
Add some soy sauce and brown sugar and let them caramelize at low fire.
Mice the garlic and the ginger into small pieces.
Stir in the ground meat and cook for few minutes. Push aside the mix to one side of the pan and fry the garlic and ginger.
Add the mushrooms. Toss everything together and let cook for a minute.
Pour in the broth/soy sauce mixture and bring to a simmer. Cook for few minutes.
