Breadx and eggs turkish style
Ingredients
- greek yogurt | 125g
- bread | some slices
- eggs | 4
- garlic | 5 cloves
- herbs | some
Steps
Season the yogurt with salt, stir and set aside.
Can add some olive oil and/or lemon as well.
Heat some butter or oil in a pan and place the slices of bread on top.
Roast them until golden and crisp on all sides.
Cook the eggs. Poach them or make them mollet (6 minutes in boiling water).
Finely slice the garlic. In the pan, add some butter or oil and throw the garlic in it.
Cook until butter foams and garlic is golden (5 minutes more or less).
Throw in some spice (cumin, smoked paprika, pepper). Remove from fire once the spices are
fragant.
Assemble with some yogurt at the bottom of the plate. Top with the bread and eggs.
Drizzle the garlic spiced oil/butter on top. Throw some fresh herbs.
