Calamarata
Ingredients
- calamari | 600g
- garlic | 2 teeth
- cherry tomatoes | 400g
- parsley | 1 bunch
- peperoncino fresco | 2
Steps
Heat up a good quantity of oil in a pan.
Cut the parsley and add it to the oil.
Slice 1 tooth of garlic and add to the pan.
Finally add the peperoncino.
When the garlic start to fry, add the tentacles of the calamari.
Lower the fire and let it cook for few minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the rest of the calamari and throw them in the pan.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Prepare the cherry tomatoes by cutting them in 4 pieces.
Remove the pan content and set it aside in a bowl.
Throw the cherry tomatoes in the pan, add the rest of the garlic and the peperoncino.
Cook for few minutes.
In the meantime, cook the pasta.
When the pasta is ready, add a bit of the cooking water in the pan.
Finally unite the pasta and the cooked calamari in the pan with the tomatoes and stir for few seconds.
