Ceviche
Ingredients
- swordfish | 400g
- grapefruit | 1
- avocado | 1
- red onion | 1
- chili | 1
- lemon | 1
- coriander | 1 bundle
Steps
Slice very thinely the fish (or dice it).
Place the fish at the bottom of a dish.
Slice half of the onion very thinely.
Do the same with the chili.
Get one or two segments of the grapefruit and squeeze the juice.
Pour the juice in the plate with the fish, add 4 table spoons of olive oile, the onion and the chili. Add salt and pepper. Cover it and place it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Squash the avocado to make a guacamole. Use the some of the grapefruit and the coriander to season it .
Serve with the rest of the grapefruit, cut into segments.
