Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- chicken leg | 1 or 2
- onion | 1
- carrot | 1
- pepper grains | some
- laurel leaf | some
Steps
Fill up a pot with fresh water.
Add the chicken leg.
Put high fire and wait until it boils
When boiling, add the onion cut in half, the carrot and the celery.
Add salt, the pepper grain and the laurel leaves.
Lower the fire and let it simmer for at minimum 2 hours.
Notes
- add some ginger pieces and coriander for a more asian style bouillon.
