Cinnamon Apple Cake
Ingredients
- ready to use pie dough
- 4 apples
- 120g of sugar
- 35g of Maizena
- 3 eggs
- 250ml of milk
- 2 table spoon of cinnamon
Directions
Clean up the apples and slice them.
In a plate, dipose the dough and place the pieces of apple on top.
Keep the yolk from the white of the eggs in a bowl. Add the sugar and mix up.
Then add the maizena, the milk and the cinnamon. Mix it all together.
The mix should be quite liquid. Pour it on top of the apples and the dough.
Put in the oven for half an hour at 220°.
