Confit d oignons
Ingredients
- onions | 8
- wine, xeres or balsamic vinegar | one glass
- brown sugar | 50 grams
Steps
Mince the onions into pieces.
In a pot, melt some butter with some olive oil.
Add the onions and the sugar.
Cook it until onions are soft and starts to caramelize.
Deglaze with the vinegar and let it.
Season and let cook for another 20 to 30 minutes.
