Crepes
Ingredients
- milk | 50cl
- butter | 50g
- vanilla pods | 1
- sugar | 20g
- eggs | 3
- flour | 200g
Steps
In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, mix the eggs and the milk.
Melt the butter.
Add the milk and eggs mix to the flour mix.
Add the melted butter.
Let it sit for 1 hour.
Notes
- You can add a bit of rum to the mix.
- You can add a bit of orange blossom water to the mix.
- This will give roughly 15 crepes.
- for gluten-free crepes, you will need more liquid as the flour absorbs more. Add extra milk or water (not much).
- i tried not sugar and 250g of flour and it worked well too.
