Crepes
Ingredients
- milk | 33cl
- butter | 20g
- vanilla pods | 1
- sugar | 20g
- eggs | 3
- flour | 125g
Steps
In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, mix the eggs and the milk.
Melt the butter.
Add the milk and eggs mix to the flour mix.
Add the melted butter.
Let it sit for 1 hour.
Notes
- You can add a bit of rum to the mix.
- You can add a bit of orange blossom water to the mix.
- This will give roughly 10 crepes.
- to make a big batch, use 500g of flour and 1L of milk.
