Entrecote (bbq)
- take the meat out of the fridge a good hour before cooking.
- salt the meat generously.
- cook it on all sides for something like 15 to 20 minutes but make sure the
meat is never under the flammes. Place it a bit on the side of the bbq.
- let the meat rest for as long as it was cooked.
- salt and pepper before serving.
Salmon (pan)
- salt and pepper the salmon and pour some olive oil on top.
- lay a cooking paper shit on the pan, add a bit of olive oil and start the fire.
- put the salmon skin down and start cooking. Once the skin start to be crispy,
flip the salmon and finish cooking.
