Far poires framboises
Ingredients
- pears | 750g
- raspberries | 250g
- sugar | 200g
- eggs | 4
- flour | 200g
- milk | 50cl
- vanilla pod | 1 or vanilla sugar | 2 packs
- butter | 25g
- kirsch | 5cl optional
Steps
Cut the pears in quarter.
Butter a large cake pan and dispose the pears and raspberries in it.
Dust everything with 50g of sugar.
Put the milk in a pot and the vanilla pod in it.
Infuse it at low fire until the milk starts boiling.
Mix the eggs with the rest of the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Incorporate the flour to the mix and then slowly add the cooled down milk.
Add the kirsch too.
Pour the mix in the cake pan and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold and with some sucre glace on top.
Notes
- cut the butter in pieces, place it in the oven while it’s preheating and when melted pour the mix on top of it.
- to make a gluten free version, mix 3/4 gluten free flour with 1/4 almond flour.
