Dorade al acqua pazza
Ingredients
- daurade | 1
- tomatoes | 4
- onion | 1
- garlic cloves | 2
- chili | 1
- lemon | 2
- potatoes | 200g
- olives | some
- parsley | some
- white wine | 1 glass
Steps
Clean the fish. Add salt and pepper inside and stuff it with some lemon slices and parsley.
Slice the onion and the garlic.
Preheat some oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Cook them until soft.
Then add the tomatoes, the potatoes and the chili. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
Add a glass of water and a glass of white wine. When it boils, add the fish and some lemon slices. Cover and cook for 10 minutes .
Serve with some olives and parsley.
Notes
- You can add some capers to the sauce.
- Make sure the potatoes are cooked before adding the fish.
- You can use other fish, like sea bass.
- Can do without the potatoes as well.
