Fish tika massala
Ingredients
- can of tomatoes | 1
- yoghurt | 1
- ginger
- garlic
- onion | 2
- tikka masala
- curcuma
Steps
Preheat some oil in a pot.
Roast quickly the pieces of fish if needed and put them appart.
Dice the onions and add them to the pan. Cook them at low fire for a bit.
Mash the garlic and ginger together and add the spices to form a paste.
Add that paste to the pot and cook for a bit at low fire.
Add the can of tomatoes to the mix and cook for 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, cover the fish with some more of the spices. Add add to the pot.
Finally add the yoghurt and cook for few more minutes.
Notes
- try with different spices, curry maybe?
- add a bit of broth or wine before putting the tomatoes
