Make the pate brisee.
Put the milk with the crean in a pot, add the vanilla pod to it and make it boil.
Cover and let infuse for 1 hour.
In the meantime, mix the eggs and the sugar until white and foamy. Add the maizena and mix again.
Gently pour a bit of the infused milk into the egg/sugar mix and whisk.
Then transfer everything back into the pot and cook at low fire while mixing 
gently with a wooden spoon. 
Remove the vanilla pod and pour the cream on the dough.
Cook in the oven at 180 for 45 minutes.
