Fondant aux poires

Preheat the oven at 180.
Peal the pears and slice them.
Melt the butter (bain marie).
In a bowl whisk together the sugar and 2 eggs. Add a pinch of salt.
Add the flour and the yeast to the mix. Then add the milk and oil.
Pour half the mix into the baking tin. Place the pears in the tin then pour the 
rest of the mix over it.
Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
While it is baking, whisk together in a bowl the egg, the melted butter and 3 
spoons of sugar.
After 30 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and pour the butter mixture 
on top of the cake and cook for another 20 minutes.
Let it cool for half an hour and sprinkle some confectionner sugar on top.
