Steps

In a bowl mix the eggs with a bit of salt.
Dice the carrots.
Have the peas ready in a bowl.
Slice the scallions.
Thinely dice the garlic.
In a bowl mix all the sauce ingredients.
Heat up the wok. When smoking hot, lower the heat add 2 Tsp of neutral oil.
Cook the eggs and put them appart.
When the wok is hot again, add some oil and the carrots.
Fry it for a bit in a pan make them more tender then put aside.
Add the garlic and very quickly after add the rice, the eggs, the carrots and the peas.
Fry on high heat for few minutes.
Lower the heat and add the seasoning.
Back to high heat and mix everything well together.
Finally add the scallions and sesame seeds.
