Frying Batter
Ingredients
- flour | 100g
- water | 200ml
- salt | pinch
Steps
Mix the flour, the salt and the water in a bowl to make the batter.
Add the water slowly and judge if you need to add it all or not.
Use cold sparlking water or beer to get a light batter.
Let is set for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan. Start frying when the oil reach 170 degrees
