Steps

Mix the sugar with the eggs in a bowl until it becomes white and fluffy.
It should take around 10 minutes.
Add the flour and mix gently. The flour should be sifted and well incorporated.
Preheat the oven at 180.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Prepare a humid towel on the table.
Dispose some cooking paper on top and throw a bit of sugar on it.
When the cake is ready, turn it out of the cooking rake and place it on the cooking paper. Flip it then proceed to roll the towel.
