Bread (gluten free)
Ingredients
- gluten free flour bread mix | 500g
- water | 250ml
- olive oil | 20ml
- fresh yeast | 12g
- salt | 5g
Steps
Mix together the yeast with the water.
Put the flour in the bowl then start pouring the water slowly
and mix with a fork.
Then start mixing with the hands and add the oil.
Finally add the salt, keep mixing a bit and form a ball.
Cover up the dough with cling film and let it rest until it double size.
Put it inside the oven with the light on for best result.
Spread the dough on parchemin paper and shape it in the form of a pizza.
Cook in the oven, preheated at max temperature, until golden brown.
Notes
- be very careful with the water, maybe use less than 220ml. It will depends on
which flour is used. If the dough is too liquid it will be impossible to work.
- leaving it proof a full night in the fridge seems to give good result.
