Granola
Ingredients
- oats | 50g
- walnuts | 100g
- almonds | 50g
- sunflower seeds | 100g
- pistachios | 80g
- honey | 2Tbs
- olive oil | 2Tbs
- rosemary | 2Tsp
Steps
Chop the walnuts.
Chop the rosemary.
Heat up the olive oil and slightly fry half of the rosemary in a pan.
Add the oats, seeds, the pistachios and the almonds to the pan.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Add the walnuts and some salt.
Cook until everything is fragrant.
Take out of the fire and add the honey and the rest of the rosemary.
Mix well and let cool down.
Notes
- serve with some greek yogurt and fresh fruits.
- store in a airtight jar.
- maybe try to do in the oven?
- try to switch the nuts and seeds for others.
