Hummus
Ingredients
- chickpeas | 2 cans
- olive oil | 1 Tsp
- tahini | 3 Tsp
- lemon | 1/2
- garlic | 1/2 clove
- cumin | a pinch
Steps
Drain the chickpeas but keep some of their water.
Put them in a blender and fill it half way with the chickpeas water.
Add the tahini, the olive oil, the lemon juice some salt and a pinch of cumin.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust if needed.
Note
- better to use jar than tin chickpeas, they are most soft. If using
jar, add more water.
- blend more than you think it needs.
- add some ice cube for an even smoother texture.
