Lavash
Ingredients
- flour | 300g
- water | 200ml
- salt | 5g
- dry yeast | 5g
Steps
In a put the water and add the yeast.
Mix it then add the flour.
Combine until the dough is shaggy.
Add the salt and keep mixing until the dough is smooth
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll them out as thin as possible.
Cook them on a hot pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. They should puff up and get some brown spots.
