Lemon Pie
Lemon pie
- 9 eggs
- 375g sugar
- 300g of cream
- 4 lemons
- pate sablée
Make the dough
Clean the lemon and keep the juice and zest apart.
Mix the eggs and the sugar together.
Work the cream without mounting it.
Slowing mix the cream with the egg/sugar.
Then add the lemon juice and zest.
Pour on the dough and and cook at 150 degrees for 40 minutes.
