Mango chutney

Steps

Place the curry, cumin and ginger into a bowl. Add a bit of juice.
Mix it all together.
Add the sugar, the vinegar and the lemon juice and mix.
Add the rest of the juice. 
Dice the mango. 
Cut the onions into pieces.
Heat up the oil into a pot. Add the chili powder and cook quickly.
Add the onions and cook until onions are soft.
Add the mango pieces and cook for another 5 minutes.
Deglaze with the mix prepared before.
Cook for another 30 minutes.
