Naan
Ingredients
- flour | 300g
- water | 120g
- salt | 6g
- fresh yeast | 4g
- greek yogurt | 80g
- olive oil | 2 Tsp
Steps
In a bowl add the flour, the salt, the water, the oil and the yoghurt.
Mix everything until the dough comes together.
Place in a bowl with a bit of oil at the bottom, cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Divide into 6 little balls and let them proof for few minutes.
Form the naan using a rolling pin.
Heat up a cast iron pan at medium / medium high and start cooking when the pan is hot.
Notes
- the yogurt is not mandatory and can make the dough very sticky. So be careful.
