Peach sorbet

Ingredients

• peach | 300g
• sugar | 110g
• water | 180ml

Steps

Clean the peaches and place them in a bowl.
Add the sugar and the water.
Mix everything and place into the ice cream machine for 30 mn.

• the weight of fruit is of cleaned fruits
