Potage Parmentier
Ingredients
- leaks | 4
- big potatoes | 4
- creme fraiche | 100ml
- chicken bouillon | 200ml
Steps
Slice everything very thin.
In a pot put the leek with a tiny bit of bouillon and stir fry it.
Add the potatoes and cover it all with bouillon.
Put a lid on and let it cook until potatoes are soft.
Blend everything together.
Add the cream and mix up.
Let it cook a for a bit.
