Raita
Ingredients
- cucumber | 1
- yogurt | 1
- garlic clove | 1
- ginger piece | 1
- fresh coriander | some
- fresh mint | some
- lime | 1/2
- cumin | 1/2 tsp
- garam masala | 1/2 tsp
- cayenne pepper | 1/2 tsp
Steps
Grate the cucumber and squeeze it to extract as much of water of it as possible.
Combine in a bowl the cumcumber and the yogurt.
Grate the ginger and the garlic in.
Stir in the leaves and the spices.
Add the lime juice.
