Rice eggs scalions
Ingredients
- eggs | 2
- scallions | some
- sesame seeds | some
- balsamic vinegar | 1/2 tsp
- sesame oil | 1 tsp
- soy sauce | 2 Tsp
Steps
Cook the eggs with some neutral oil.
Put them appart.
Cook the rice.
Fry it for a bit in a pan.
Cut the scallions finely.
Then mix in the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and seeds.
Mix the eggs with the rice then throw it the scallions.
Notes
- add some chilly powder or fresh ones for a more spicy kick.
- add some meat to the rice for something more rich
