Rilletes de thon
Ingredients
- can tuna
- mustard (both regular and with grains if possible)
- sour creme
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- chives
Directions
Cut the chives in little pieces.
Put the tuna in a bowl and grind it in pieces.
Add the sour creme and the oil and start mixing until you get a creamy paste.
Make sure to start with a bit of cream and add up until you reach the desired thickness.
Add the mustard. The more the spicier!
Season with salt and pepper and add the chives.
