Roasted tomatoes
Ingredients
- cherry tomatoes | a bunch
- olive oil | a few spoons
- balsamic vinegar | a few spoons
- sugar | 1 spoon
- salt | 1 spoon
- buratta | 1
- basil | few leaves
Steps
Preheat the oven at 220
Clean the tomatoes. Cut them in half and place them in a tray.
Add salt, pepper, the oil and the vinegar and a spoon or two f sugar.
Cook at 220 for 10 minutes. Then 120 for 50 minutes.
Serve hot with a buratta and basil.
