Roasted Turbot

Steps

Rince the turbot under cold water.
Dry it and slash two or three times on its back.
Slice the potatoes thinly. 
Do the same with the onions and the lemon.
Dispose the potatoes on a baking tray. 
Pour a glass of white wine as well and lay the turbot on top.
Drizzle over some olive oil, lemon juice and plenty of seasonin.
Place a few slices of lemon on top as well.
Preheat the oven at 200.
Place the tray inside for 30 minutes.
