Salmon teriyaki
Ingredients
- salmon fillet | 150/200g
- corn starch | 1 Tsp
- teriyaki sauce | 200ml
- grated ginger | 2tsp
- spring onion | 1
Steps
Dust the salmon with some corn starch.
Heat a pan until very hot.
Add some vegetable oil and reduce the fire to medium.
Cook the salmon for few minutes until its barely cooked through. Then remove
from the pan
Remove most of the oil from the pan. Add the teriyaki sauce and the grated ginger.
Bring it to simmer and leave it until it thickens and become glossy.
Add the salmon back to the pan.
