Shrimp tacos
Ingredients
- shirmps | 300 grams
- cabbage | 1/4
- carrots | 2
- lime | 4
- cilantro | a bunch
- green onions | 2
- garlic | 2 cloves
- greek yogurt | 1
- neutral oil | 60ml
- avocado | 2
Steps
To make the sauce, blend together the greek yogurt, the juice of 2 limes, the garlic, the green onion, the cilantro and the oil. Add some water if needed.
Clean the shrimps and cook them in a pan with some oil.
To make them tastier, toss then first in a bowl with some salt, 2 tsp of cumin, 2 tsp of chili powder and some black pepper.
Slice the cabbage and the carrots.
In a bowl, mix them with salt and some of the sauce.
Smash the avocados and mix them with the juice of 2 limes and some salt.
Notes
- serve it with some corn tortillas.
- the cabbage can also be made into a slaw with some mayo (more heavy though).
