Tacos
Ingredients tacos
- masa harena (p.a.n.) | 2 cups
- water | 1 cup 1/2
- salt | 1 table spoon
Ingredients shredded chicken
- chicken | 300 grams
- onion | 1
- tomatoes | 1 can
- garlic | 2 teeth
- cumin | 1 spoon
- pepper | 1 spoon
- salt | 1 spoon
- coriander | some leaves
- lime | 3
Ingredients salsa
- tomatoes | 4
- garlic clove | 1
- cumin | 1 Tsp
- red onion | 1
- green peppers | 2
- green onion | 2
- coriander | some
- lime | 1
- sugar | 1 Tsp
Ingredients corn salad
- corn | 1 can
- red onion | 1
- cherry tomatoes | 4
- green pepper | 1
- coriander | some
- lime | 1
Steps tacos
In a bowl, mix all the ingredient together.
Knead the dough for a bit.
Then form small balls of dough and with press make the tacos.
Step corn salad
In a pan cook half of the corn for 5 minutes until it gets a bit brown / sharded.
Slice the onion.
Dice the tomatoes and the pepper.
In a bowl, put everything together with some olive oil, the lime juice, salt and pepper.
Add some freshly cut coriander.
Steps salsa
Mince the garlic. And squeeze the lime juice.
In a mixer, add all the ingredients plus salt and pepper.
Mix all together not continously but rather doing 1 second burst.
Steps shredded chicken
Chop the garlic.
Dice and slice the onions.
Cook them together in a pot.
Add cumin.
Add the full piece of chiken and sizzle it on all sides for few minutes.
Add the tomato can and a bit of water.
Add salt and pepper.
Let it cook covered for at least 1h and a half.
Once the chicken is well cooked, shred it and cook for another half hour, uncovered to let the water evaporate.
Notes
- you can add some spicy oil or spicy pepper to the chicken sauce.
