Spicy oil
Ingredients
- neutral oil | 40cl
- red pepper | 4 Tsp
- sichuan pepper | 1 tsp
- cinamon | 1 stick
- star anis | 1
- laurel leaves | 2
- black pepper | 1 tsp
- sesame | 1 tsp
- coriander seeds | 1 tsp
- salt | 1 tsp
- garlic | 4 tooth
- spring onions | 3
- rice vinegar | 1 Tsp
- cardamom | 4
- soy sauce | 1 tsp
Steps
Start by toasting the spices in a pan for a few minutes at medium fire.
When the sesame start to become yellowish, it is ready.
Roughly cut the ginger, the garlic and the spring onions. Put them in a pot with all the oil and cook it for 15 minutes at medium fire.
Make sure it is not burning!
In a heat resitant pot, put all the spice. Add a tea spoon of salt, the soy sauce and the rice vinegar. And finally pour the oil over it. Mix and let it cool down.

- store in the fridge
- possible to simply throw everything in the pot with the oil and cook it like that
