Stir-fried noodles and veggies (Japchea)
Ingredients
- glass noodles | 1pack
- mushrooms | 200g
- carrot | 1
- flat beans | 4
- onion | 1
sauce
- soy sauce | 2 tablespoons
- water | 1 tablespoon
- minced garlic | 1 teaspoon
- sugar | 1/2 teaspoon
- chives | 1 teaspoon
- sesame oil | 1/2 tablespoon
- vegetal oil
- black pepper
Steps
In a bowl prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
Slice the onion.
Julienne the carrot.
Slice the mushroom and cut the flat beans in two.
Prepare the glass noodles. (depending on the type might have to boil them or soak them first)
Once cooked, rince them with cold water and cut them in two or three.
Start cooking the onion and carrots.
Then add the mushrooms.
Finally add the noodles and pour the sauce over everything.
Let everything cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
Notes
- could be done with bell pepper as well.
- toss on top some fresh spinash leaves once cooked.
- might be nice to soak the mushroom in the sauce before cooking them.
