Strawberry sorbet

Ingredients

peach | 250g
sugar | 100g
water | 150ml

Steps

Clean the strawberries and place them in a bowl.
Add the sugar and the water.
Mix everything and place into the ice cream machine for 30 mn.

Notes

the weight of fruit is of cleaned fruits
can always add 10 or 20 grams more sugar if the strawberries are not too sweet
strawberries can be switched with any other red fruits
