Tarte au fromage
Ingredients
- eggs | 3
- cream (liquid) | 20cl
- cheese | 200g
- pate brisée | 1
- nutmeg | few pinches
Steps
Preheat the oven at 180.
In a bowl, break the eggs and mix them up.
Pour in the cream. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Finally add 150g of cheese and mix everything.
Place the dough on a baking tray.
Put the rest of the chesse on the dough and pour over it the egg/cream mix.
Cook for 30 minute at 180.
