Tarte mures
Ingredients
- butter | 125g
- caster sugar | 120g
- lime | some zest
- egg | 1
- flour | 250g
- almond flour | 30g
- blackberries | 500g
- sugar | 100g
Steps
The butter needs to be soft. This is can be done by taking it out of the fridge a few hours before cooking or by microwaving it a few seconds in unfreeze mode.
Mix the caster sugar with the butter and the lime zest.
Then mix the flours together and add a pinch of salt.
Incorporate the butter with the flour then add the egg and form a dough.
Place it 2 hours in the fridge.
In a pot cook 200g of blackberries with the sugar for 15 minutes (more or less). Then put aside and let it cool completely.
Flatten the dough and lay it on a tart dish.
Pour the jam on the it and garnish with the rest of the blackberries.
Preheat the oven at 180.
Cook for 25 minutes.
Notes
- could be good to mix in other fruits (blueberries, rapsberries, …)
- once the dough has been placed on the tart dish, put it in the fridge for a bit to relax the gluten.
