Tarte a l'oignon
Ingredients
- eggs | 3
- onions | 3 big
- pate brisée | 1
Steps
Preheat the oven at 180.
Peel the onions and slice them.
Cook them in the pan until golden brown.
In a bowl, break the eggs and mix them up.
Add salt, pepper.
Place the dough on a baking tray.
Put the cooked onions on the dough and pour over it the egg mix.
Cook for 30 minute at 180.
Notes
- add some olives (kalamata) on the pie for balancing the sweetness of the onions with some acidity from the olives.
