Tartiflette
Ingredients
- reblochon | 1
- onions | 3
- bacon | 200g
- potatoes | 1kg
- moscat nut | a bit
- garlic | 1 tooth
- white wine | 1 glass
Steps
Steam the potatoes with their skin. Should take 20 minutes to half an hour.
Preheat the oven at 180.
Dice the onions and cook them until soft. Grate a bit of moscat nut for some extra flavor.
Once the onions are ready, pour in the wine and add the bacon.
Cook until the bacon is done.
Prepare the cooking tray by rubbing some garlic all over it.
Then peel the potatoes and slice them. Slice the cheese in two.
Put everything in the tray with on top the two slice of reblochon.
Note
- maybe add some creme fraiche for some extra fat
- cook for longer at lower temperature
