Cime di rapa pie

Steps

In olive oil, stir fry some garlic and pepperoncino in olive oil.
Add the onions previously sliced.
Add the sugar.
Boil some water. When boiling add the cime di rapa and cook them until soft.
Squeeze the water out and add them to the pan.
Dice the mozzarella and in a bowl mix it with the cime di rapa.
Garnish the pie with it. Grate some parmesan and grind some pepper.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 210 degrees.
