Yogurt cake
Ingredients
classic
- yogurt | 1 pot
- flour | 3 pots
- sugar | 2 pots
- oil | 1 pot
- eggs | 3
- vanilla sugar | 1 pack
- yeast | 1 pack
- rum | 1 cap
variation
- yogurt | 2 pot
- flour | 3 pots
- almond flour | 1 pot
- sugar | 2 pots
- oil | 1 and 1/2 pot
- eggs | 4
Steps
In a pot mix up the yogurt, the flour, the eggs and the oil.
Add the heist and the vanilla sugar. Mix up.
Add the rhum. Mix up.
Put in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Notes
- a mix of yogurt and cream results in more wet cake.
- using more yogurt results in a more wet cake.
- make it very rich by using greek yogurt.
- if putting too much yogurt, the cake will have to cook much more.
- possible to add some fruits. The cake will be more wet and might need to cook a bit more.
