Banana Pancakes

Ingredients (for 8 to 10 panackes)
- eggs | 1
- milk | 20cl
- flour | 150g
- ripe banana | 1
- butter | 2 Tsp
- sugar | 2 tsp
- heist | 1 tsp
- baking soda | 1/2 tsp
- vanilla extract | 1 tsp
- salt | a pinch
Steps
In a bowl mash the banana.
Melt the butter and let it cool down.
Beat the egg in a bowl. Then proceed to slowly add the melted butter. Go slow to let the egg absorb the butter.
Add the milk and the vanilla
In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.
Add them to the wet mixture and mix until there are no lumps in the batter.
Finally add the banana and let it rest for 20 minutes.
quick version
Ingredients
- eggs | 3
- flour | 150g to 200g
- ripe bananas | 3
- baking soda | 1 tsp
- salt | a pinch
Smash the bananas in a bowl.
Add the eggs and mix everything together.
Then proceed to add the flour little by little until you reach the desired texture. It shouldnt be too liquid but not too dense either.
Mix in the salt and the baking soda.
notes
- cook the pancakes on a hot pan at low fire so the inside can cook without the outside burning.
- the number of eggs should match the number of bananas.
- you can add some milk or vanilla as well.
