Pancakes
Ingredients (for 8 to 10 panackes)
- eggs | 2
- milk | 20cl
- flour | 250g
- butter | 25g
- sugar | 20g
- heist | 1 bag
- vanilla sugar | 1 spoon
- salt | a pinch
Step
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Melt the butter.
Break the eggs and separte the white from the yolk.
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until foamy and solid
Start mixing the yolk with a bit of milk and slowly mix with the flour.
Pour the milk slowly while whishink everyhting together.
Then pour the melted butter and finish with the rest of the milk.
Finally, pour the foamy eggs and stir gently until you get a homegenous dough.
Note
- cook on a hot pan at low fire. The pancakes are quite thick and their inside needs some time to cook properly.
- it is possible to add more sugar or more butter according to personal taste.
